For this workout you'll need gym access, or at minimum some cables, dumbbells and a barbell.
Each exercise is done as a superset which means you'll two exercises back to back with little to no rest. After completing both exercises, then you will rest.
Below is the workout as shown in the video:
3 Sets of Each Superset for 10-15 Reps Each Exercise:
-EZ Bar Curl / EZ Bar Skullcrusher
-Seated Hammers / Cross Body Extensions
-Knee Supported Cable Curls / Overhead Extension
-Rope Hammers / Rope Extensions
